How it balances

The house provides both sides.

The interest pays them both.

86%

Where a loan would be liquidated.

Each fund borrows on its own Morpho market at 86% loan-to-value. At 3× it sits near 67%, and the keeper holds it between 2.5× and 3.5×.

95%

Where the keeper de-levers.

If withdrawals push the lending market past 95% utilisation, the keeper pays down debt until it is back at 90%.

2×

Where minting closes.

Below 2×, no new tokens, so the fund stays what it says.

  1. 01The borrow rate is Morpho’s adaptive curve: it rises as the market fills, which draws new deposits in.
  2. 02When a vault is fully lent, the funds borrow the rest from outside lending markets, so leverage never waits on deposits.
  3. 03A keeper rebalances every fund: it unwinds as leverage drifts up and re-borrows as it drifts down. No margin calls, no funding rate.
  4. 04Each leveraged fund has a hard mint cap, sized to its asset’s liquidity on Robinhood Chain.
  5. 05A withdrawal queue exists only when a run outpaces the keeper’s de-lever. A gUSDG/USDG pool offers an instant exit, at a discount, for anyone who will not wait.
  6. 06A slice of all interest builds a loss reserve against a price gap that outruns the unwind. Losses follow a published waterfall.
