We never collect your seed phrase, private keys or passwords, and we do not sell your data. Never share your keys or seed phrase with anyone, including anyone claiming to be us.
01Who we are and what this covers
This policy covers the Goldstein Group website, the Seat whitelist and the Goldstein Group app (together, the “Service”). “Goldstein Group”, “we” and “us” mean Shekel Labs LLC, the operator of the Service. The Service is non-custodial: we never hold your funds or your keys.
02What we collect
- Wallet information. Your public wallet address when you connect a wallet, and the public onchain activity linked to it. On public blockchains this activity is visible to everyone.
- Your X account, if you link it. For the Seat whitelist and referrals: your X handle and the posts you ask us to credit.
- Technical data. IP address, browser and device type, and request logs, which our hosting provider records when you load a page.
- Settings stored in your browser. Small preferences saved in your browser’s local storage (for example which panel you last opened). They stay on your device.
We do not ask for your name, email, phone number or identity documents to use the Service, unless the law requires it.
03How we use it
- To run, secure and improve the Service.
- To hold your place on the Seat whitelist and credit referrals.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and attacks.
- To meet legal obligations, including sanctions screening and lawful requests.
We may use aggregated data that does not identify you to understand how the Service is used.
05We do not sell your data
We do not sell your personal data, rent it to anyone, or share it for advertising.
06Legal bases
Where the law requires one (for example in the EEA or the UK), we rely on providing the Service you asked for, our legitimate interest in securing and improving it, our legal obligations, and your consent where we ask for it. You can withdraw consent at any time.
07How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, to meet legal obligations and to resolve disputes, then delete or anonymise it. Data recorded on public blockchains is outside our control and cannot be deleted.
08Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to complain to your data-protection authority. To make a request, use the contact below. We may ask you to prove control of your wallet first.
09Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, but no system is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your wallet and keys safe.
10International transfers
We and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries whose data-protection laws differ from yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards.
11Children
The Service is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If we learn we have, we will delete it.
12Changes
We may update this policy. We will change the date at the top and give reasonable notice of material changes.
